JDC Baits is looking for Pro-Staff to increase awareness of its products across the United States and beyond!!

JDC BAIT COMPANY PRO-STAFF GUIDELINES 2007

As Director of Pro-Staff I, Doug Cavin, see a need to establish guidelines to help Darby Comas grow the company into an industry leader. There will be many changes to the Pro-Staff to make sure that we can get JDC Bait Company to the top and be the standard that all other companies in this field look at. All Pro-Staff personnel will be responsible to help Darby establish this goal for 2007. Pro-Staff positions will require dedicated personal to achieve the company goals for 2007.

To achieve these goals Darby and I will require Pro-Staff to meet or exceed the guidelines we set. The guidelines will require more effort from the Pro-Staff than in the past. Pro-Staff positions will be earned by hard work, they will not be handed out. Pro-Staff positions can and will be changed at any time if Darby or I feel that a change is needed to meet the goals set.

The following changes will take effort as of JAN. 1, 2007 to be considered for Pro-Staff:

1. At all times represent JDC Bait Company in a professional and sportsmanlike manner
2. Must fish in an active role to help promote product to anglers and stores that are not aware of our company or our products.
3. Will purchase min. of $25.00 worth of product. After generating $300.00 in total sales made to stores, $30.00 will given back as store credit or cash.
4. Pro-Staff can buy JDC Baits at wholesale pricing after generating $300.00 in total sales made to stores.
5. Pro-Staff must contact local stores and help provide leads for sales personnel.
6. Pro-Staff personal could earn up to 10% on all sales in states without a hired sales rep.
7. Pro-Staff provide quarterly reports/updates on all tournament fished.
8. Pro-Staff helps sales personnel with local in store promotions or trade shows. (8 hours or 1 show per year)
9. Decals, hat and embroidery logo will be provided once the goal of $300.00 in sales is meet. (provide picture for web site)
10. Pro-Staff will receive $25.00 in product of their choice for every $1000 in sales generated to a sales rep.
11. Pro-Staff and sales personnel will receive 1 pro style tournament shirt for every $2500 in sales generated
12. After $2500 in sales are met, the Pro-Staff personnel performance will be reviewed, at this time added bonuses may apply after new goals are setup, such as, tournament entry fees and or tournament expenses paid.

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRO-STAFF PROGRAM:

Upon acceptance you will receive an email with the Guidelines and be emailed with the signup agreement.  You will need to sign the agreement and return that to us.
